Duties and Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and pro-active Sr. Business Analystto join our team.

The applicant must possess strong communications, troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Sr. Business Analyst

Seasoned Senior Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 to 10 years experience.
SR BA will be responsible for:

• Full Project Lifecycle and have a strong working knowledge and experience with SDLC (Software Dev Life Cycle) and SCRUM (Agile).
• Should have solid experience with :
• Requirements gathering & Functional Requirements Document preparation (FRD).
• Creating Process Flows / Use Cases.
• Creating Wireframes / Mockups.
• Working closely with project sponsors and stakeholders (business units and Executive Management); IT (PM, BA's, Mgmt, QA and Dev teams).
• Documenting test cases & facilitating testing.
• Preparing training documentation & facilitating training.
• Creating status reporting for projects.
• Creating and managing project plans & timelines.
• Issue / impediment management, issue escalation, issue resolution.
• Scheduling & facilitating project meetings.
• Any additional project documentation needed to support projects.
• Will be geared around Invoicing, and other Accounting functions, AR/AP/GL, etc.
• Preferably this candidate will have a BA in Finance.
